ANALYTIC TRANSLATIONS
bridging the gap between data and people
CAN YOU REACH YOUR AUDIENCE AND CONVINCE THEM TO TAKE THE DESIRED ACTION?
How do you translate scientific and technical content within interdisciplinary teams,
when everybody seems to ‘speak a different language’?

Being able to effectively communicate difficult content ensures that you will
receive the budget and support you need.

Yet, at higher professional levels most people simply lack the time and energy
to invest in acquiring a 'translational' skill set.
I offer customer-oriented workshops on improving scientific communication.
You will learn storytelling principles (scientific narrative), tips and tricks for data and concept visualizations, and you will acquire the skills of ‘how to focus on your audience’ through selected theatre improvisation exercises.

FREDERIKE SCHMITZ, PHD

In increasingly complex work environments there is often a gap between data professionals and management. Analytic Translations fills this gap. My strong background in Life Sciences enables me to bridge data, people and insights.
With a PhD in Immunology, I have worked and lived in academic laboratories in Germany, the Netherlands, Australia and the US and then explored business work environments at Janssen Pharmaceutical companies of Johnson & Johnson as a Scientific Writer. Now I put my diverse range of data and communication skills into action by helping professionals bring their message across.
